Doubt it. Awakening affects the area & objects around the user, except Zoan awakenings. The demon guards are awakened but they don't affect other objects. So if toki toki no mi was awakened, it would speed up time for objects & surrounding area. Probably a similar effect like Shinobu's DF

While I didn't say anything last time, I'd ask you to please keep any theory crafting over on the Discord server. Because you either 1. Confirm/Deny that anything has or has not happened yet in the current story or 2. don't know what happens, because you're a first time watcher. Yeah and its also a bit of a mistranslation. In the japanese title he is just called the "Strongest man". The "In the world" part is something the english translation added for no reason.

WHAT IF you would stop posting minor spoilers just because you wanna talk theories before the plot allows it, so that the girls can actually live through the story and not get it told in bits ruining their experince. You gotta know that this is how this works so just, when you type out something, please read it a couple times before posting and just reflect. "Is this theory or comment based on plot and story that has or has not been revealed to them yet?". Surely you would come to the correct conclusion in the future!

Unfortunately, it has to be said that the reveal of Kaido being a dragon was not well executed in the anime, as it played out differently in the manga. In the anime, it comes across as something ordinary, unlike in the manga, where it was such an intense, mind-blowing moment!

That thing on Brooke's head is a tenkan. Its part of traditional Japanese funeral garb, and is often shown in depictions of ghosts. Kinemon just dressed him up as a ghost and left it at that.

A little info, As y'all know wano is based on Japan. Japan boarders are were actually closed it's boarders for more than 200 years 1630s–1850s More Samurai's and some ninjas were around that time and there is a lot of things in wano is based on that time and after that time. (Not exactly one to one inspiration.)
