🔥 The VIP bonus was mistakenly multiplying by 400,000 instead of 2, causing Franklin’s money to exceed the game’s limit and crash. The issue is now fixed—make sure to redownload the mod!

- Huge shoutout to funky monkey for catching this critical bug!

🔥 READ THIS CAREFULLY – IT’S NOT A SUGGESTION! 🔥

🚨 INSTALL USING THE OIV! 🚨

DO NOT unzip it. DO NOT copy-paste manually. It WILL NOT work.

If "Install in Game Folder" confuses you, take a deep breath and use your brain: this is a script, and it belongs in the SCRIPTS folder, not in the MOD folder.

💀 Ignore this at your own risk. Don't come complaining if you mess it up. 💀

🚀 New Rooftop Club Added to Property Manager! 🎶🍾

BigShaqNoKetchup has just released another masterclass—this time, a stunning rooftop club! Naturally, I’ve added full support for this new property in Property Manager.

As always, I’ve integrated the essential features:

✅ Security

✅ DJ

✅ Crowd (credit to BigShaqNoKetchup—I used his Menyoo file)

✅ Elevator

✅ Valet service

✅ Parking (around ten spots in the courtyard and on the street)

But that’s not all! You can now manage nightclubs (fully retro-compatible with LS Club and Beach Club):

💰 Alcohol Refill – Invest $10K, receive $50K at midnight.

❄️ "Snow" Refill – Buy for $50K, get $150K at midnight.

🎩 Bring the VIP – Bring a VIP to your club, and they’ll double the consumption, boosting your profits for both products!

🚨 FYI, property accounting no longer occurs at 6 PM but at 11:59 PM. If you speed up time, you might miss it. Instead, advance the time to 11:57 PM and let the game progress naturally until midnight.

Enjoy running your club empire! 🔥 Let me know what you think!

Houaryou

hi :) did you downloaded the map from bigshaq ? also be sure you installed th requirements listed in the post, mind the versions too. Also PLEASE install the latest version, it include all previous ones !!

Rajiv

Hi it was my fault. I thought when i downloaded pm only that the mlo came with it but its separate. I got it now everything works fine!

Shake 'n' Bake Gaming

This works amazingly thanks, Ive got a few of bigshaqs maps installed, no frame drops ever and you keep doing what you do to them bringing them to life. buying all the properties through earning properly playing other mods life LS life an stuff give it more purpose to earn and play.

Shake 'n' Bake Gaming

i am also having this happen. I cant find the setting on menyoo either
