Dropping in real quick for a middle of the month update. Since the new comic reuses the exact same shots from the front of this story arc, I was able to quickly reassemble a new one for the book end using the cleaned up panels:

I'm still reworking the dialogues, so that won't be ready till the 25 final release. I also made some minor tweaks here and there including panel 2 where Pridestar looked weirdly off-model in earlier comics:

On the subject of my long-form comic, I've been revisiting the pages from 2024 and toying with the idea of changing the inciting incident and growth mechanism altogether. I think my fixation with explaining Pridestar's wish powers was taking the fun out of what should really have been a more straightforward kinky growth comic.

If anything, I think a few dialogue changes in my previous comic, "Swole Mates" would suffice instead of having to revisit everything ground up. I spent an evening revising story beats and swapping out elements to see what new possibilities I could arrive at:

Running with the whole "Goon Vibes Only" theme and shifting the focus from Pridestar's wish powers to just pure ACME nonsense - we start trouble with Pridestar getting into some "vibe coding" (stick with me on this...) and built a custom "growth app" to pair with a (favorite) vibrator of his - presents it to Snares for kinky fun and (consensual) growth ensues.

I felt that the "wish power" angle lacked the element of uncontrolled growth panic which I personally enjoy - that sudden realization of, "oh no, what have I done"... and have this kinky loss of control headspace play out, as Pridestar scrambles around.

Snares could potentially experience a more "customized" growth sequence as well. I'm thinking if this ever goes live, it'll probably be under the $5 tier - and considering of polling Patreon supporters to determine how the growth sequence plays out. I don't really know how to conduct this just yet, so I'm definitely open to hearing suggestions and recommendations.
