Welcome to our very first release: Central Real-Life Environment Mod v0.1 for GTA 5 Legacy!

This brand new mod aims to completely transform Los Santos into the real Los Angeles. For this initial release, we've focused on bringing in massive iconic landmarks like The Home Depot, Capitol Records, the Hollywood Sign, and the Slauson Super Mall, alongside dozens of modern, high-resolution real-world billboards.

Most importantly, performance is our top priority. Everything has been highly optimized with custom LODs and SLODs, meaning you get a stunning, realistic city without sacrificing any FPS.

⚠️ INSTALLATION: Please make sure to open and read the included Central_Real_Life_Env_ReadMe.html file in the archive! It has a clean, step-by-step guide to help you install the .oiv package quickly and safely using OpenIV.

DISCLAIMER: Some of the models and textures included in this release are temporary placeholders that are not owned by us. These specific assets are provided completely for free and are not a part of the paid work. All rights to those original models remain with their respective creators.

The sign is not showing up in your game? Do you use any other mods? It might be conflicting with something else.

Make sure to install Resource Adjuster. Installing any mods replacing assets like vehicles or buildings require using it.

That might be the reason. Try removing it just for the test, and let me know if it solved the issue.

Does this mod work together with NVE December 2025 update?

We tested it with latest NVE and it seems to work perfectly fine. But we'll do more tests for the next update to make sure it's 100% compatible!

Hi I been playing with this mod sicne 2 hours and it crashed. After the crash it started giving me zlib errors. After fixing that error now my game crashes after 30 minute with base config or any config. Any idea that could fix it for me? I got NVE (lite version), LWE (high density) basic traffic, euphoria ragdoll and some optional addons from NVE also Vehicel Dynamic POV. That's it.

i saw 3 hollywood texts and 15 vinewood texts my game has crashed every 5 minutes after installing would not recomend

Seems like you mixed it with other heavy mods and the game cannot handle it anymore. Install Heap Adjuster and Resource Adjuster. That should solve the missing textures issue.

The mod is fully stable. If you get crashes, please install Heap Adjuster and Resource Adjuster. Additionally, are you using any gameconfig? And what other mods are you running the game with?

Hi! That sounds like a heavy mod combination but we tested it on our side and works perfectly. Did you install the Traffic Mod requirements? Heap Adjuster, Resource Adjuster, etc?

That's odd. What other mods are you currently using? It sounds like another mod might be conflicting and overriding the dealership textures.

Glad to hear everything else is working perfectly! What other mods are you running alongside this? There might be a conflict with another map or texture mod that is preventing the Toyota Dealership from loading in.

As of right now, this mod is built exclusively for the Legacy version of the game. But we're working on stable Enhanced version as well.

I am using quant v + Pure dark Upsaclaer AIO + Pascal Glitcher Pro RTGI, L.A Roads, F.O.S.A, Remastered Ultimate Vegetation By Marcius, script mods Like Beta viewpoint V and decapretaded scripts, LSPDFR + RPH + Plugins, Essencial scripts for stabilization like Heap Adjuster, I am using some DLC Addon Cars too, and i think i forgot some mods cause they are quiet a few

this is now one of my fav mods! you should give us an option to change the GSW jerseys to Lakers jerseys like Kobe, Shaq, and Gasol in Franklins house in the hills! ty for your work though, its amazing!

Hi, I still want to congratulate you on the work and effort put into making the game enjoyable, and it's almost there, but unfortunately my game crashes every 30 seconds. I have both the Heap Adjuster and Resource Adjuster files, and I also have a solid setup with an RTX 4090, 7800X3D, and G.Skill Trident Z DDR5 6400MHz, so it should be enough, but despite that, it's not enough, the game crashes... Could you tell me how to uninstall the mod until there's a new update, please?

you really need to update it, my game was running perfectly until i Installed it, first it messed up my game keep getting crashes even though i have both heapadjuster and resource adjuster, second when i removed the files hoping it will fix my issue my game still crash
