People who have been here since day 1 (probably like 5 people) remember all the times I've tried to start a long-term project and failed. Well now I think I have a good workflow for creating realistic animation at a relatively fast pace, and I can use Eevee to make renders extraordinarily fast now. So all it comes down to is if I'm able to do the work. And as long as nothing comes up, I think things will go swimmingly (fingers crossed).
