20:45 - yes. Felt it much more previously. And made up problems & concerns regarding of "what could be if i work harder? WHAT IF my current income source will fail!? Maybe i should find additional income way or job, or just don't live at all, but constanty spent my time making money..." Eventually you do a decent steps to improve (if it keeps bothering you). Even if the steps are small ones. Regarding the bad coming thoughts above - they NEVER prooved themselfs. I would like to say "just relax, kalm you mind." But it is barely works. Thoughts are coming, just manage them :)
