Herbieguy

Cmon baby! Ben Folds! We need some Ben Folds love on this series! Fingers crossed!

Angela

Or Sixpence None the Richer

FreeBard42

C'mon, Steal My Sunshine!

Connor Rankin

Since when is Ben Folds a one hit wonder 💀 I get most people only know Brick but come on

Herbieguy

That is quite literally why he's considered a one hit wonder.

giascle

If I could suggest only one song, it would be this.

Angela

Oh yes! Give us more of that sweet, sweet CanCon XD Though you could argue they had a second hit if you count their cover of Kids in America they did for the Digimon movie soundtrack lol. If you were young enough back then, you knew XD

xxMintoStarxx

Will it be don’t say you love me from the pokemon first movie?

TimeBombMan

Okay if everyone is sharing guesses here, let me place my poker chips on The Bloodhound Gang.

gaia

Sixpence had the There She Goes cover and a couple other minor hits

Moshe Milstein

and their one hit "Dear Chasey Lane"

Russet Burbank

Or Len if we're restricting ourselves to three-letter names that start with L

Russet Burbank

Yeah but he already teased doing Modest Mouse that one time I don't think he'd do something like that again

Eli Dorsia

Hey Todd, I doubt this is the right place to tell you about it, but I think WatchMojo plagiarized from you. The video I’m thinking of is “Top 20 Songs That Bombed So Hard They Killed a Musician’s Career,” but there could be more. Content farm channels like WatchMojo plagiarizing isn’t news, but I wanted to let you know anyway.

Chris Renwick

I mean God Bless You for trying to come up with a reasonable opponent to the king of second lives that is "Ace of Spades"!

Richard Angle

You could argue that it was a 1 hit wonder than was built off a sample of another 1 hit wonder (although Andrea True had a couple other disco hits that nobody remembers.)

Richard Angle

I know LFO had a second top 10 hit, but so did Blue Swede, and Todd did them anyway.

Glam Chowdah

Music history has a funny way of playing out. Both bands had similar looks, guttural growls and over the top guitar solos and yet Motorhead seems to be the one thats remembered the most fondly while Judas Priest is always a goofy afterthought. That being said, Judas Priest always seemed like they were having more fun.

darkest hour

I see Priest remembered more fondly actually, whereas I see Motorhead kind of thought off as a samey-sounding band like AC/DC. I know Pitchfork HATED them as they listed the guitar solo in Ace of Spaces as one of the worst solos.

darkest hour

fingers crossed for Jennifer Paige.

waywardlaser

Oh boy are we finally getting a ska punk song?

Alazar Biru

My guess is either she's so high by tal Bachman bound to the floor by local h,or my own worst enemy by lit

MikeVG

That's kinda funny to me, you'd think they'd be more critically accepted since they ran in a lot of the same punk spaces as the Ramones.
