Congratulations CasualFarmer! A big step into the wider world!

Jay Hatton

Wooo! We love to see our boy out in the wild

Tani

Nice. WTF is heretical fishing?

Vgoldtime

LEEETTTTSSSSSS GGGGGOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Gojira

Ohh, I don’t have paper copies yet, I’ll have to check out my local store

JohnnyBsKillz

Exciting stuff!y kids and I have just about finished book 5. Can't wait for 6 to release on audio format! :D

Geese

Woo! Congratulations.

Bunny

Congratulations. I always recommend BOC if people ask me for book recommendations.

Will

Woo can't wait to pick one up in the UK at some point.

Ligeia

Fabulous! I'm so glad for you! ETA: Is the book out in the U.S., Canada, or both?

Worros

Two Aussies and a Canadian walk into a Bar(nes and Noble)

Demian Buckle

Congratulations, BOC is a great story, and more people need to have the chance to find it.

Step Zero Creations

I'm confused. I saw BOC on the shelf at a B&N months ago. Was that just a test release or something?

Dave

Similar vibe to early BOC but lower stakes and more emphasis on slice-of-life. Definitely right there with Travis Baldree’s series. The audio book is narrated by Heath Miller, the same guy that does HWFWM. It’s pretty enjoyable.

Jacob

Like beware of chicken but even less “crunchy” if BOC is a 9.5/10 I’d give HF 8/10-8.5/10

Ford-Thomas Frank Loveland

Another Isekai novel I remember reading it awhile ago. . . Can't remember the ending. The dude cultivates by fishing and eating QI rich fish. Gets a whole squad of intelligent cultivating wildlife as well

tim

A webnovel with a very similar premise to BOC, but with fishing and sea creatures vs farming and farm animals.

Inderpal Kooner

A really silly isekai about a guy who loves fishing. Another favourite of mine (esp as an audiobook)

Terry Sallette

Wonderful. I'm so happy for you. You're work is top notch.

PURPL3_DR4G0N

Great to see that something i love is getting the attention and success it deserves. Thank you for creating BOC my life might not have ended without it or anything so drastic but it would certainly be less enjoyable. Easily one of my top 5 book series.

Pierce Hodges

Congrats mate. You deserve every bit of this.

Cindermoth

Other series that has similar vibes to BoC, but is fishing and ocean focused. There's quite some differences though so don't expect BoC with a different coat of paint. I personally prefer BoC, but HF is still a solid series. Worth checking out for sure

Dave Stone

Please don't stop offering the hardcover from podium. I got one of each and wish I bought multiple copies.

Drebrew

Now if there was a only Barnes and Noble near me. The closest one to me is is a 3 hr drive one way.

Emily Gurnavage

I feel like I remember a post about it as well, but could be mixin up another story. The way the post is phrased implies it may have been in non US barnes n nobles already or a select number already but not a full roll out. Good to hear, though!

ethan lamkin

Hey! I've read those series!

Ligeia

You can do mail order from them, too...

Drebrew

I did not know that thank you.

Anzer'ke

Congrats CF!!!

Casualfarmer

we were doing slow rollouts; this should be the full thing + getting featured on tables, which is pretty big.

jeffrey niski

I have the 5 books out right now.

Drewbrewich

So boc shi chapter soon?

Jonathan Applewhaite

At last the world begins to realize your greatness. Also, I think I see two other new titles I want to pick up 😉

Lycaon

Are there any plans to eventually do hardback versions?

ABTelford

Woohoo! How exciting! Congrats! And if I hadn’t already bought a paper copy I’d go buy one now.

Jenna

Congratulations!!!

Whatthehec

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there any possibility of a hardcover? I'll buy the volumes regardless, but when it comes to books I prefer hardcover to paperback.

al

How do I get a signed copy

Alejandro Piña

When is book 6 coming out on kindle and audible?

Ender419

All we are missing is a Dutchman (Zogarth) and an American (Matt Dinniman) to round out this awesome collection of authors & stories! And maybe an OG like Will Wight for that throwback.

Ender419

This 1000% true, I’ve tried reading the books after listening to book 1 and immediately made this an audiobook only series. Heath is an amazing voice actor and gives this story some real justice!! Would highly recommended to everyone if they love BoC.

Hamon A.D.

Ha! Its right next to Heretical Fishing too.

Kourtney Viles

I love heretical fishing, beware of chicken, primal hunter, and the cradle book series...All really good books

Cranky Otter

Congrats! More lore out in the world

Stacia

I usually don't reread anything but BOC is a series that I have reread multiple times

john doe

No shit? I might have to go pick one up

FollyThePenguin

Pretty solid if you like BOC. Not as good imo but a fun read nonetheless

Trish Brown

My favourite book series damn i want to make that into a poster.

Outlaw

Did anyone else get kicked out of their Patreon subscription and have to buy the egg tier to see this but blocked from buying the chick tier?

Angel

I want to know this as well!

Angel

I think I’m over 6 times now…which is nuts! I’ve only read a few books/series more than once, but it’s part of my daily routine now. 🤭

Stacia

Obviously it's the best routine

Kendra

Best table

Rake1810

Out of stock at the Upper East and West side B&N’s. Congrats, got me going into the physical store for the first time in a while
