Shadowed Barren, Expert (Patreon)

I'm back this week with another Shadowfell map, the Shadowed Barren (35x30)! This on is a little more generic than the last two, but with the intention of being more broadly useful, maps of simple paths are a must for me when I'm trying out new environments because I find that that's often where adventurers are finding themselves when not plundering story-specific tombs, giant inert mechs, and vampire mansions. Simple, yes, but hopefully very useful!

Your variants of this map are Eerie and Caustic! The Eerie one should look familiar, it imitates the colors and lighting of the Shadowed Ruins, so you can more easily move from one to the other while keeping that overbearing purple glow we all come to love here in Shadowfell. The Caustic version is a little different, you'll notice that a few of the cracks on the bottom half of the map are emitting a concerning glow, but as long as you remain on the path and move along quickly you won't suffer any lasting health issues.
