Fixed an issue with bugged textures at the Xero gas station in Del Perro

Fixed an issue with the carcols file causing tuning parts to not show up for certain vanilla vehicles on game version 1.0.2612

Modified file structure of the altV package to allow animated lights to always appear on servers

April 30th Change Log:

Increased the framerate in Foggy weather during night time by adjusting the size and intensity of volumetric fog lights

Improved ambient color tones in Rainy weather during morning and evening hours

Improved size, distance and visibility of rain drop particles in Rainy weather and added more wind speed variation to the rain drops

Added new high-quality parallaxed roads covering Bolingbroke Penitentiary, as well as various parking lots and meet-up spots around Los Santos such as Los Santos Customs, Benny's Garage, Platinum Motorsports, Ammu-Nation, The Diamond Casino area and many more locations for Platinum Supporters

Added parallax roads for Sandy Shores and West Vinewood from previous updates to the main package for Gold Supporters

Added new high-quality textures for the dirt wall near Del Perro tunnel

Optimized various building models around the map. Additionally optimized vehshare textures

Added parallax interiors to the entire Maze Bank building in Downtown Los Santos. This does not conflict with multiplayer interiors in the building

Restored and tweaked various particle effects such as forest pollen, forest fireflies, mountain fireflies and dust in the desert region. Adjusted fireflies to be smaller, faster and brighter. Added more visibility to dust particles

Added fireflies that spawn during night time to the wetlands swamp region near Fort Zancudo

Increased the intensity of night lights affecting and blending in with the burnout tire smoke effect

Removed modified 'scenarios.meta' and 'conditionalanims.meta' files from packages. This should address several issues and improve compatibility with other mods

Removed the "Remove Wet Roads Effect" optional add-on as it is no longer needed

Updated the "Gameconfig for Vehicle Mods" optional add-on to support the latest game version

Added LODs for vegetation around Sandy Shores

Adjusted LOD colors for the Oak tree and reduced ambient occlusion intensity for the Ficus tree

Moved animated neon gas stations from the 'NVE_lights' dlcpack and added a new dlcpack for the Single Player package labeled 'NVE_gas' which only contains the gas stations. Users can remove the 'NVE_gas' dlcpack from their dlclist.xml file if they do not want to use the animated gas stations

Added a new optional add-on for FiveM labeled "Animated Gas Stations and ATMs" which lets users add the animated gas stations and/or animated ATM machines without adding other animated lights. You can safely delete the 'o_NVE_Animated_Lights.rpf' file but keep 'o_NVE_Animated_Gas_Stations.rpf' if you only want the gas stations

Reworked altV and RageMP package structure for a smoother gameplay experience. Additionally added an optional add-on for altV and RageMP labeled "Sandy Shores Palms" which adds new palms to Sandy Shores and the Desert region

Restored vanilla collision for hedges in the FiveM, altV and RageMP packages in order to prevent players from having an advantage during multiplayer

Fixed an issue with bushes becoming overly bright upon loading LOD textures

Fixed an issue with parallaxed roads not forming puddles in Sandy Shores

Fixed an issue with bugged parallaxed road textures around Paleto Bay

Updated the FiveM readme guide with descriptions of each optional add-on

Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Known Issues:

- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations in Single Player due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future once we have a solution.

2026-09-14 08:00 'Removed the "Remove Wet Roads Effect" optional add-on as it is no longer needed' acturally I still need it because on rainy days the road should be wetter and more reflective.I mean there should also be more reflections where there are no puddles.But once I turn up the value.The weather such as clear have too much wet reflection on roads.It is weird.So this pack is.So this add-on is useful to me

If you want to make roads wetter then open the ENB menu, go to the RainReflection section and increase WetnessAmount values.

this might be a noob problem: i'd really like to try out the new update, but since the last update my scripthook version does not seem to work anymore and i don't know how to fix it. does anybody have any tips to solve this?

NVE works without scripthook. You just won't be able to use any scripts or trainers. For that you'll have to wait for the scripthook developer to release an update.

You have to downgrade your GTA V Game to the version that is still supported with scripthook :)

thanks for your replies, just did that an hour ago. i was just desperate and missed looking at NVE, because i hadn't found the proper way to downgrade yet.

2026-09-14 08:00 since i downloaded the mod after the update my Zmenu trainer is not working because for some reason the F6 , F7 ,F8,F9 keys are just switching the characters! and this issue wasnt known before! any advice?

Scripthook has to be updated by the dev in order for trainers to work.

it might be just me only but the guns dont emit smoke anymore from their barrels, edit: nvm it works again just needed to replace dinput8, also the blood should be alittle more liquidity as it kinda lookes like red paint. either way great mod

I removed the scripthook files from the gtav directory to play the game and my sky is black after nve installation

For some reason my game drops in fps a lot when i look in a certain direction, no specific direction because it changes based on where i am on the map, anyone have a fix?

Install the ASI loader through OpenIV. Check the readme guide for instructions on how to do that.

After install every step of the guide: my GTA crash and doesn't load. I'd reinstall the game but still happened the same. HELP.

Use the #patreon_help channel and someone will help you. Alternatively do a clean install of the game with a clean mods folder.

Verify your game files and try on a clean mods folder. Don't install any other mods. If you install vehicle mods then make sure you also install the gameconfig from the optional add-ons folder.

Hey im new to your mod and was messing with the ENB settings and saw that mod memory usage is at 240 megabytes. I have a 8gb graphics card and was wondering if i should look into how to change that setting because its greyed out atm.

My reflections are extremely bad and i don't know how to fix them. i have reflections on ultra and the ENB settings are the same as one of my friends who also has NVE but his reflections looks about 10x better (my settings are the same as his, both in enb and on gta/fivem) Any Help?

GeForce Experience overlay works fine on my end and does not crash the game. Issue is likely on your end.

What resolution do you play on? I use 2560x1440 for my pictures with MSAA 4x and TXAA enabled.

Hey for some reason when im playing at night there are no stars in the sky i downloaded the single player one and installed it correctly. is there an addon to make this happen?
