Behind the Scenes Lore: it wasn't actually even supposed to appear this month, but Patreon's backend changes have made it so that "If you want a vision of the male horse girl counterpart, imagine a guy holding up a large fish — and that's his only photo." is no longer able to fit in as a poll option, so PtPDVoTDDB(VL,A,U) got the spot automatically as the default backup option.

Now that dysfunctional families Thanksgiving seems destined for the lead medal (what Olympians call fourth place) I think it’s okay to comment on the three horses left in the race. I hope nostalgia wins. We know Jenny loved My Little Pony but it would be interesting to hear about forgotten franchises that she also loved. Starlight Express would be a spectacular topic but there’s a world tour next year. It’s unclear if there will be a Los Angeles date or if Jenny cares enough about it to travel to see it. If she is planning to see it we should probably wait until then to have her talk about it. The problem with the live-action remakes tier list is that Jenny seems to have universal contempt for all of them (for good reason) so it would be a bottom-heavy ranking. They’re all anchovies. None of them is the kind of sturdy, substantial fish that Jenny likes.
