22/07/2026 - Post Patch v1.126.58 Mod Updates

All my mods are unaffected by yesterdays, however i have still done updates to two of my mods today which aren't patch related but to fix a few issues reported

Responsible Pregnancy has been updated to version 5.6

Functional Version of Baby Monitor Mod has been updated to version 3 - Download here

I have released updates for several of my mods ahead of The Sims 4 patch on Tuesday, 21 July.

This is so that those of you who choose not to update their games immediately can still access the latest fixed versions of some of my mods. After the patch, I will test everything again and publish a compatibility update if any further changes are needed.💜

🤰Responsible Pregnancy (updated to version 5.6)

Fixed an issue where babies could return after passing away due to SIDS.

Fixed a bottle override conflict affecting certain custom-content bottle packs.

Made a few additional tweaks and fixes.

💉Functional Osimpic Mod (updated to version 2.0)

Tweaked the injection animation.

Added compatibility with SimRealist’s Private Practice.

When Private Practice is installed, medication can now also be purchased through an alternative option on the computer.

📱👶Functional Baby Monitor - New Features!🔊 (updated to version 3.0)

This update introduces new contextual sound effects, monitoring improvements and several fixes.

New Sound Features 🔊

Parent receivers can now play age-appropriate baby, infant and toddler sounds based on the monitored child’s detected activity.

When a monitored child is ill (via any of the three mod integrations that provides illnesses to babies/infants/toddlers) coughing and sneezing sounds may play through the receiver, which Sims can react to.

Sound effects have been added to interactive features such as Talk Through Monitor, Soothe Through Monitor and Scold Through Monitor. The corresponding audio plays from the paired nursery monitor, allowing babies, infants and toddlers to react.

The generic Crying Alert tone has been replaced with age-appropriate baby, infant or toddler crying audio.

Additional Baby Monitor Updates

Added a new Check Monitor interaction to the audio only baby monitor with a custom animation.

Reduced the frequency of repeated Indicators and Alerts.

Fixed issues affecting some alert detection tests.

Crying Alerts will now trigger instantly when crying is detected.

Added skin-tone consideration to the monitor’s contextual visuals.

Fixed a conflict with Lot 51’s Simzlink.

Fixed an issue that prevented the Shoosh Through Monitor interaction from appearing.

Tweaked several interactive monitor features.

Remade the Llama-Price baby monitor CC mesh and diffuse texture.

Please completely remove the previous versions before installing the updated files.

I will test all mods again after Tuesday’s patch and confirm their compatibility in a follow-up post.
