I don't think Itt and Ing are related. I think Itt's mom already had Itt with another and when she married Ing's dad she came with her son.🤷‍♀️

they mention that Itt is Ing's half-brother .. so it gave to me that he was born after Ing's dad re-married and they are blood related to some extent.. idk it felt to close for comfort LOL 😭
