Tired of waiting while Superman is off saving every kitten stuck in a tree, Lois decides to pounce on Clark in the one place she's certain he'll visit!

Variants include: Text, Clean & Alternate (Text & Clean) Editions.

Remastering details:

Remastered in UHD.

Typical splotch, line overrun & noise cleanup.

There has been a major overhaul of the presentation. Jonathan Crane (Scarecrow) has been dropped from the image so that Lois and Clark are the focus of the action. As much fun as it is having Batman villains make a cameo, he wasn't adding much with his quizzical presence. Talia has been retained as her excited gawking was far more entertaining.

Complete layout rebuild. Removing Crane allowed us to reduce the vast negative (empty) space.

The bland silhouette city background has been replaced with a more detailed cityscape.

Dialog balloons have been redone in the first art panel so that these won't cover Clark's body. Given the choice of evils, we'd rather the balloon spikes cross each other instead of blocking character art.

Dialog has been altered. In panel 1, with Lois' appearance being sudden on top of the couple sharing a kiss, we worried the original text was over-stuffed. It was way too much being said for a single art image to support. In panel 2, Talia is now having a conversation with Jimmy Olsen about what's happening in the booth.

For those who might prefer the original presentation featuring Crane and the old dialog, an alternate set has been created. This set includes the new background and dialog balloon placement, but is largely the same as the original art set.

With similar hair and clothing colors, we became nervous readers might confuse Lois and Talia, so we've changed Talia's wardrobe coloring.

The original, un-remastered edition is also included in the attached archive for comparison so that viewers can see all of these improvements.

Patrons who have read this far, thank you for taking the time to understand the enormity of the challenge the team is facing. In order to achieve our goals of updating every Tales from the H-Side page to modern viewing standards, it involves essentially rebuilding each comic page based on the best surviving art elements. That's why remasters will be infrequent, at least during this early period where comic pages are at the roughest. The investment will be worth it though, we promise! Thanks for your continued support at a time we're doing our utmost to get more comic content to the patrons! 💛
