Changenotes:

Binding takes Shape keys into consideration!
Surface deform can bind correctly even if there is a mask or subdivision surface modifier
Mirroring of boob mesh should work better
Added support for firm and jiggly preset for all modes
Some cleanup, and hopefully not more bugs :)))
