And happy holidays while I'm at it!

Phew! This last chapter might not be that long, but let me tell you, it's the longest I've spent on a chapter by far. Everything since chapter 3 has been building up to this point, so I wanted to deliver, and I hope that I have. The first arc of Villain Tamer hits its climax with this chapter, but there'll still be more to come as the story winds down. And the characters get to enjoy some much deserved fun.

Thanks for the support everyone, and see you in the new year!

Huzzah! Extra points if we find out that the contract is not actually void, Sylvia is now just considered an extension of Hiroshi who thus needs to be protected to protect her because even if she’s summoned she isn’t in danger as long as Hiroshi is alive. Which is fine-ish because he’s so very obviously hero’s party material and there’s a demon lord to worry about in the sequel/next arc. Also curious to see if Miyu was de-aged. She’s obviously still in very good shape, but also old enough to have adult children. Also I’m fond of young-Ella-hym in JoL so I’m a biased. I trust you to make whatever the ACTUAL situation is satisfyingly hot, of course. I’m just guessing based on what would be the most messy/potentially hot outcome I can think of.

Aoi looked like the hardest character to integrate into the many goings-on of the chapter. Lots of hard work present and plot threads left hanging with the actuary out there and the third skill from Hiroshi’s level up so lots to be excited about still. One question, how come the sheriff character died and wasn’t tamed?

This chapter was such a good payoff to everything set up previously, including verification of my suspicions as to who may or may not also be a villain.
