The instant sudden damage that appears on ichigo's shoulder, his blade getting broken, his horn snatched, all of these things happen seamlessly and instantly cuz of the almighty altering the future to a different one where these things happen. soul reapers are trained to predict attacks by sensing the spiritual pressure emitted by the attack before it's thrown, but with yhwach's almighty there isn't any spiritual pressure emitted from it's usage because it's the future itself being changed, so the damage is instant and absolutely unavoidable, it happens so fast even the horn got offscreened just when we thought things couldn't get worse, easily most broken villian in the big 3

Majority of episode apart from the start and ywach tearing ichigo freinds apart... was in the manga the pacing seems a bit quicker though but still gets of message of hopelessness across, Ywach truly seems ever more menacing in the Anime parts. 😅
