What does the NSFW toggle actually do? I swapped it back and forth a few times and checked around, didnt notice anything?

It plays the healing spring scenes uncensored. You won't notice anything in regular gameplay as far as I know.

despite the cool new features, overall the combat is somehow worse in this build. The "new" sounds are bad, snow white's axe dragging and every other hit sound went from perfectly conveying her axe as heavy to high pitch nonsense and its the same with red hood, but at least it kinda fits with her being the fast character. I also noticed some tweaks to the old combos that made snow white a bit uncomfortable to play compared to previous buiId, but maybe I need to play it more than 10'ish minutes to get used to it. I like the new moves though, and most of everything else I noticed in my short time on v0.0.12, such as smarter AI, maps etc. Also red hoods boobs "physics" appear to be less...bouncy. I haven't yet checked snow's cleavage, but I suspect she suffers from the same stiffness. I know some people were complaining about how the combat lacks "impact" or w/e, but I found it extremely satisfying. This new iteration however, is kinda meh, I like higher FPS but not if you have to nerf the physics, and make combat sound & feel worse. Sorry if my english is bad, not my main language, I will probably write something easier to grasp when i'm not tired if this is confusing to anyone reading it, but I hope I can get my message across as it is now xD basicaly, the new stuff is great, with the few changes i mentioned dragging it down, IMO.

As someone who's new to this Patreon build, for a game that doesn't run DLSS, performance isn't too bad. Granted, the game doesn't very well on my RTX 4070 mobile, when I set the game at my default resolution(1800p) + V-Sync on + High Textures. But when I turn off V-Sync, Sword & Slippers' performance improves quite a bit, and I don't even notice any screen tears. I can improve the performance even further when I lower the resolution to 1600p & my texture settings to low(though, there are still a few stutters). Other than that, it's a great game! I look forward to the full game release.

I have to say the boss was pretty hard and the enemies were pretty good too. Still though only two characters in a hot spring seeing we definitely need more stuff like that. Hell I would even tolerate other stuff like some long sex scene of Snow White riding Prince charming I mean, that’s basically what happened when she woke up.

Hey, instead of goonposting on YT and Patreon, I really hope you guys give us a real videogame at some point. This game could be an easy 10/10 IF it were really a game.

Hi, I was playing the build when Avast put the launcher in quarantine, labeling it as IDP.Generic. What could that be due to? Despite that, I liked the gameplay, it's fun to clear your mind for a bit.

I was enjoying the game up until the boss. The Dodge and Parry mechanics feel too clunky and are too slow to actually be of much help. I do like the idea of the game. But I do feel a disconnect in the responsiveness of the controls. I am not writing off on this game, but I just feel the controls and ways for damage mitigation deserve some more love. All in all for the early versions and builds of this game it is really good.

Game development takes time. People in this thread are playing the most recent build. You may want to check out some gameplay on YouTube there's quite a few videos on the patreon builds.
