Updates and Hotfix for In Nomine Populi (Patreon)

Hi all,

I've had time to GM a few sessions of Black Crusade with In Nomine Populi, and I must say, it's pretty fun. From that experience alone, I have gathered a few ideas, on how to improve it down the line.

But, I also found out, that the Character Creation was a bit too verbose for some of my play-testers, and left out a few questions I had to answer. I've made a hotfix for In Nomine Populi, that changes like 5 words in character creation for more clarity, and added a One-Pager regarding Character Creation as a whole.

 I've included the 0.15 Update in the original In Nomine Populi 0.1 Post, and also here.

In other news:

The next Project will be Liber Prospero 0.28, expanding the Arsenal and adding the full Psychokinesis Discipline for the Athanaeans.
